Simon Hirst of Galaxy FMGalaxy FM DJ Hirsty has been granted his Christmas wish of turning on Barnsley’s Christmas lights.

He will assist Mayor of Barnsley Cllr Ken Sanderson at the event which takes place today in the town centre Wednesday, 19 November, from 4pm.
